unWined is a family owned and operated independent restaurant. We source most of our meats and vegetables locally, bake our bread fresh daily and make all our own soups, sauces, etc. Most dishes are prepared from scratch and require time, please enjoy a drink while we prepare a delightful meal especially for you; thank you for your patience and patronage.

Bacon and Spinach Tart – “A house specialty.” Crisp, sweet and savory appetizer consisting of a flaky puff pastry topped with spinach, caramelized sweet onion, crisp bacon, and a drizzle of truffle aioli. $9
Shrimp Lejon – Jumbo shrimp stuffed with horseradish then wrapped in savory bacon, fried until crisp and nestled on a bed of garden-fresh greens, dressed in citrus vinaigrette. $12
Crab Napoleon – Two gently seared Maryland style crab cakes layered between blackened and grilled vine ripened tomato slices, bleu cheese crumbles and a balsamic reduction. $12
Salmon Napoleon – Fresh, sustainably raised Atlantic salmon, layered between blackened and grilled vine ripened tomato slices, bleu cheese crumbles and a balsamic reduction. $13
Cheese Plate – Chefs selection of five assorted artisanal cheeses with fresh fruit and hot out of the oven house-made bread. $14
Hummus – Hummus infused with roasted garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; Accompanied by house made crostini and a vegetable crudité. $12
Crab Dip – Blue crab and baby spinach in a creamy cheese dip, topped with a parmesan cheese crust. Served fresh hot out of the oven with house-made bread. $14
Buffalo Chicken Dip – Shredded chicken breast, hot sauce and bleu cheese – blended, baked and served fresh out of the oven with crisp celery and house-made bread. $9
Baked Brie – A wedge of creamy brie cheese wrapped in a delightful pastry crust and baked until golden brown then served with a raspberry puree, cinnamon apple wedges and house-made bread. $14
Bacon Wrapped Scallops – Tender sea scallops wrapped in crisp bacon and nested on a bed of velvety Smitane sauce with red pepper aioli. $14

Crispy Rockfish Bites – Crisp fried panko crusted rockfish filet chunks served with tartar sauce and a lemon wedge nestled on a petite house salad. $12

Grilled Atlantic Salmon – Sustainably raised Atlantic salmon filet grilled and drizzled with an herb Beurre-blanc sauce. Please let your server know if you’d like to have the chef blacken your salmon. $18
